Healthcare Project Architect - Midland/Odessa

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships
- Lead ongoing communication and collaboration with team members in other Firm offices, proactively engaging on a daily basis
- Concept to complete construction documents
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
- Lead the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design
Requirements
- Healthcare Design or Planning experience is a must
- Licensed Architect in Texas
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated individual with growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Ability to work through fast paced projects
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
- Collaborate with in house teams across our three offices
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
- PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
