Be part of a team that unleashes the power of leading-edge technologies to help improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities.
About the role
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Healthcare Product Solutions Manager to lead Medicaid claims-related product domains as part of the transformation of our core adjudication products. This role is for a product leader who can combine deep Medicaid domain expertise, modern product management practices, and executive-level influence to shape platform strategy and turn complex payer and program needs into product direction.
The Healthcare Product Solutions Manager will own domain strategy and outcomes across one or more claims-adjacent domains, including member, provider, benefits, clinical, and finance. The role will partner across product, engineering, architecture, operations, client-facing teams, and business stakeholders to modernize how Gainwell defines, builds, measures, and evolves core Medicaid capabilities.

- Use product discovery, customer research, workflow analysis, data, and experimentation to validate problems, prioritize opportunities, and reduce delivery risk before large-scale build commitments.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, design, operations, implementation, sales, and client-facing teams to align domain strategy with feasible, scalable product execution.
- Frame ambiguous domain and platform decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and bring recommendations forward with clear rationale, product economics, and business impact.
- Create and evangelize product narratives that help executives, delivery teams, and stakeholders understand the transformation vision and the why behind priority decisions.
- Define success measures for domain outcomes and use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate adoption, operational impact, user experience, and product performance.
- Identify new product opportunities within Medicaid claims and adjacent domains, including opportunities enabled by platform modernization, workflow redesign, automation, data, and interoperability.
- Coach and influence other product managers and cross-functional partners by modeling modern product practices and raising the quality of product decision-making.
