Healthcare Policy Lead

Position type: Full Time - Contract role (6 months)
Location: Philadelphia, PA

About the role

As a Healthcare Policy Lead, you will manage the Policy Enablement implementation plan and transition tracker, support ongoing governance and maintenance of the policy configuration inventory, coordinate with Onshore/Offshore Policy Config team leads, translate operational issues into executive-level updates, and analyze claims data and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, health plans, payer organizations, or related environments
• Experience leading projects or workstreams involving configuration, implementation, or operational transformation
• Strong healthcare policy, medical policy, or healthcare operations knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on policy configuration or policy enablement experience
• Benefits administration experience
• PMP Certification

Pay

Pay Range: $40 - $46/hr. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
