About the role

The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery of designs on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into project designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or urban planning.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
