About the role

The Healthcare Performance & Improvement Lead will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare organization. This role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on data analysis and feedback from clinical staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Conduct regular assessments of current processes and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to educate staff on new methodologies and best practices in performance improvement
  • Monitor progress against improvement goals and report findings to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or performance improvement
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
