About the role
The Healthcare Performance & Improvement Lead will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare organization. This role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on data analysis and feedback from clinical staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Conduct regular assessments of current processes and recommend improvements to leadership
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to educate staff on new methodologies and best practices in performance improvement
- Monitor progress against improvement goals and report findings to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or performance improvement
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
