About the Role

Attorney position within the Healthcare & Long-Term Care Litigation Practice Group, focusing on representing healthcare providers in state, federal, and administrative courts.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
  • Argue motions in court
  • Interview witnesses
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare cases for trial
  • Manage multiple projects and develop litigation strategies

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice in California
  • 1-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare law, including defending medical malpractice cases
  • Strong writing, analytical, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare or other litigation areas with a demonstrated interest in healthcare law. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
