Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
- Argue motions in court
- Interview witnesses
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare cases for trial
- Manage multiple projects and develop litigation strategies
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in California
- 1-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare law, including defending medical malpractice cases
- Strong writing, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare or other litigation areas with a demonstrated interest in healthcare law. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
