Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans, including commercial real estate, construction, term loans, lines of credit, and investment real estate transactions
- Review loan approvals and loan documentation prepared by internal teams and outside counsel
- Collect, monitor, and manage required closing documentation and loan conditions
- Coincide with relationship managers, business development officers, credit partners, legal counsel, attorneys, consultants, and title companies to facilitate successful closings
- Manage fee collection and escrow setup, when applicable
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the due diligence and closing process
- Ensure compliance with approval requirements, regulatory standards, and bank policies
- Support client retention and relationship growth by delivering an exceptional client experience
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically seven or more years of job-related experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with closing commercial loans for the healthcare industry
- Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
- Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including nCino, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Three or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience or real estate paralegal experience
- Experience in receiving and implementing performance feedback and coaching
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Location
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
