Healthcare IT Installation and Support Technical Lead

About the role

TOGA Technology is seeking qualified IT installation and support technicians with 1 to 2 years of experience working in healthcare and hospital environments to support our growing customer base within the healthcare vertical. The position will include travel to multiple sites within Long Island and the 5 boroughs performing deployments of new technology and mobile technology carts as well as ongoing support and issue resolution of existing and new carts. Mileage is reimbursable and job location is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform healthcare IT installations and serve as technical lead for deployment projects
• Deploy new technology and mobile technology carts across multiple sites in the 5 boroughs
• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for existing and new carts
• Perform PC imaging, setup, and cable management
• Install and configure local and network printers (Zebra, HP preferred)
• Install hardware components (hard drives, memory)
• Use remote access tools (Bomgar, RDP) for support
• Work with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Communicate efficiently and professionally via email and Teams
• Support Active Directory (preferred)
• Install and configure Kronos clocks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare/hospital IT environments
• PC imaging experience
• ServiceNow experience (bonus)
• Experience installing local and network printers (Zebra, HP preferred)
• Experience with remote access tools (Bomgar, RDP)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS
• PC setup and cable management skills
• Hardware installation experience (hard drives, memory)
• Professional communication via email and Teams
• Active Directory experience (preferred)
• Kronos clock installation experience

Pay

$22 per hour

Based in Hyde Park/Staten Island, NY (location subject to change). Requires travel to multiple sites across Long Island and the five boroughs.
