Healthcare IT Installation and Support Technical Lead

About the role

TOGA Technology is seeking a Healthcare IT Installation and Support Technical Lead with 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare and hospital environments. The role involves travel to multiple sites within the 5 boroughs for deploying new technology and supporting existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform healthcare IT installations and support
• Deploy new technology and mobile technology carts
• Ongoing support and issue resolution of existing and new carts
• Communicate efficiently and professionally via emails and Teams
• Manage Active Directory (preferred)
• Install hardware (HD’s/ Memory)
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS
• PC setup and cable management

Requirements

• Experience with PC imaging
• ServiceNow experience (a bonus)
• Experience with local printer and network printer installation (preferably Zebra/HP)
• Experience with remote access tools like Bomgar/RDP
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
