As a Healthcare Integration Analyst, you will own the implementation activities in hospital and clinic settings, with a strong emphasis on integration with EHR/EMR systems, PACS, and Active Directory, as well as physical and network connectivity for Origin’s solutions. This role requires close coordination with hospital IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure system configuration, network validation, device connectivity, customer technical review processes, and issue resolution are completed accurately and efficiently so customer deployments go live successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment Planning & Readiness
    • Coordinate deployment activities for OMEA across customer environments, including site readiness reviews, installation planning, implementation timelines, and go-live preparation.
    • Gather technical requirements for EHR/EMR, PACS, Active Directory, device, and network dependencies prior to installation.
    • Support deployment documentation, checklists, and implementation records to ensure a repeatable rollout process.
  • Integration & Connectivity
    • Work on deployment and integration with hospital EHR/EMR systems, PACS environments, and Active Directory.
    • Validate physical connectivity for OMEA and ultrasound devices in OB patient scan rooms, including coordination of workstation, power, cabling, and network access requirements.
    • Partner with customer IT teams to configure network settings, confirm endpoint accessibility, and verify system-to-system connectivity.
    • Support interoperability workflows where familiarity with diagnostic imaging connectivity via DICOM and EMR/EHR integration via HL7 and FHIR is preferred.
  • System Configuration & Validation
    • Configure system settings required for implementation, user access, connectivity, and operational readiness.
    • Execute installation and post-configuration validation steps to confirm functionality across devices, interfaces, and workflows.
    • Support user acceptance and go-live readiness activities in coordination with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • IT, Security, and AI Governance Support
    • Collaborate with cross-functional internal resources to complete IT/Security and AI Committee questionnaires for health system clients as part of the vendor-solution pre-sales process.
    • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and customer stakeholders to gather accurate technical, operational, and risk-related information.
    • Track open items, approvals, and follow-up actions associated with customer security and governance reviews.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
    • Diagnose and resolve deployment, configuration, and connectivity issues across hardware, software, and network touchpoints.
    • Escalate and coordinate technical troubleshooting with Product and Engineering teams, documenting findings, logs, and remediation steps.
    • Track open issues through resolution and communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Travel up to 50% to hospital and clinic customer sites for on-site deployment, connectivity validation, troubleshooting, training support, and stakeholder coordination.
    • Work closely with Enterprise Solutions, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and customer IT teams to support successful installations and ongoing improvements.
    • Provide structured feedback from field deployments to help improve implementation playbooks, product reliability, and support workflows.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, configuration guides, and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems deployment, technical implementation, field applications, or enterprise support.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following: EHR/EMR integrations, PACS environments, Active Directory, medical device connectivity, or hospital IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity and experience with diagnostic imaging connectivity via DICOM and EMR/EHR integration via HL7 and FHIR is preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare IT, security, or compliance reviews, including vendor risk assessments, IT/Security questionnaires, or AI governance and technology review processes, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of network configuration concepts, endpoint connectivity validation, and system troubleshooting in clinical or hospital settings.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including hospital IT staff, clinical users, procurement stakeholders, and internal product teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document issues clearly and complete customer-facing technical and security documentation accurately.
  • Comfortable coordinating with globally distributed teams, including Product and Engineering.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time for on-site implementation and support activities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership from planning through resolution.
