Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards, the law, and our company’s philosophy.
• Direct, evaluate, and train all nursing personnel with the help of the DON.
• Ensure the delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision.
• Perform rounds to observe care and to interview staff, residents, families or other interested parties.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana LPN or RN License
• Two years of experience in a long-term care setting
• High degree of leadership and management skills
• Current CPR Certification
