Responsibilities
- Lead teams in complex performance improvement projects while managing budgets and ensuring successful client outcomes
- Apply analytical skills to quantify benefits and identify risks for performance initiatives
- Communicate effectively to understand and address client challenges, creating customized solutions
- Build strong relationships and manage change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management
- Lead and develop teams, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and identifying business development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 8+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience
- Direct supervisory experience within Case Management
- Experience with industry standard tools like InterQual and Milliman Care Guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
