Healthcare Compliance Specialist

As their Healthcare Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and strengthening compliance processes that help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, report, and resolve data discrepancies identified during the review and reconciliation of spend data.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Aid in quarterly and annual Open Payments reporting.
- Support data uploads and maintain information within Medi Spend.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal reporting requirements.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with healthcare compliance.
- Experience with Sunshine Act/Open Payments Reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience working with HCP spend data.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with data.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Works well independently.
- Brought a customer-service mindset.
- Motivated to strengthen and protect workflows.

Schedule
This hybrid role requires regular in-office attendance for meetings. While the position is based in Portland, candidates located in Texas may also be considered, provided they are able to attend meetings at the Dallas office.
Pay
$38-$48/hr
