Responsibilities
- Investigate, monitor, track, and report allegations of non-compliance
- Support compliance awareness and training
- Aid in the onboarding of new facilities
- Promote a culture of compliance across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2 years of experience with a healthcare organization in a compliance role or a comparable role in a care management, accreditation, quality or risk management position
- Required: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- Preferred: Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
