Healthcare Architectural Team Leader
Position Overview
We are seeking an Architectural Team Leader to lead our dynamic Healthcare team. This role reports to the Regional Team Leader and can accommodate full-time in-person or hybrid working arrangements from Coral Gables, FL, Charlotte, NC, or Virginia Beach, VA.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily to function in a goal-oriented manner.
- Create an inspiring and trusting team environment promoting the growth of team members with an open communication culture.
- Utilize expertise, peers, influence, and creativity to formulate smooth team operations and effective team collaboration.
- Effectively resolve conflict within teams by initiating and facilitating communication.
- Effectively plan and schedule workload and performance of team members.
- Establish and improve levels of technical competence, quality, and efficiency of projects.
- Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team.
- Ensure the team is right-sized, right-skilled, and trained.
- Interview and hire team members in collaboration with the Regional Team Leader.
- Listen to team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, escalating issues if needed.
- Partner with Human Resources for strategic people management duties.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience, with healthcare experience required
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience
- Active professional registration (Registered Architect) required
- Experience managing goals, expectations, motivating, and directing employees to promote growth, both firm and individual
- Strong ability to facilitate technical discussions when needed
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and manage risk
- Ability to effectively communicate in both internal and external relationships for all essential job functions
- Ability to make sound decisions/recommendations based on the evaluation and synthesis of project information and data
- Demonstrate an enterprising, innovative, proactive management approach
- Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%

Pay Range
$139,200 - $174,000 USD
