Healthcare Architect - Licensed

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Project Architect or Project Manager with extensive experience in architecture, specifically in Commercial, Healthcare, or Government projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative environment through staff development and mentorship.
• Assist senior management in defining project scope, budgets, fees, and contractual agreements.
• Engage clients to gather requirements and provide comprehensive design information.
• Maintain communication among clients, teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects using Deltek Vision, including work plans, budgets, schedules, and additional services.
• Review documents for compliance with codes and standards, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and oversee construction documentation.
• Identify business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and participate in marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Architectural licensure (NCARB preferred).
• LEED Green Associate accreditation desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 8-15 years of experience in project management within an AEC firm.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Deltek is a plus.
