About the role
This position is responsible for assisting and contributing to the strategic needs of the company through the application of analytics to business questions and initiatives. Additionally, the position will change/develop current systems for improved decision making, and help support others in the creation, development, and testing of new models. The position will work closely with coworkers and internal business partners to clarify requirements, analyze data, and produce meaningful and defensible results.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, generate insights, and develop reports that support informed business decision-making.
- Support business improvements and strategic initiatives by evaluating processes, proposals, products, and systems, and providing actionable recommendations based on data and research.
- Serve as a trusted business partner and resource by helping teams solve problems, assess impacts to cost and quality, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Use databases for analysis and dissemination of information.
- Perform analysis of the data, interpret findings, and write reports related to methods and findings.
- Research, analyze data, and provide interpretation of outcomes.
- Assist with and may implement improvements to process, analysis, and research methods.
- Support team to understand and interpret the impacts to cost and quality of proposals using relevant data sources and analytic methods.
- May assist in the implementation of new products and systems by providing actionable information and recommendations that evaluate the impact of the proposed products and systems.
- Assist with issues that may arise on multiple tasks or projects with limited management involvement.
- Act as a resource for other members of the department and company on business issues.
- Perform additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related data analytics professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, SSRS) to develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights that support decision-making.
- Working knowledge of healthcare or managed care environments, including claims processing, provider systems, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts, with a proactive, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to tailor communication to varied audiences, actively listen to uncover requirements, and ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and root causes, and collaborate with partners to implement practical solutions.

Schedule
Hybrid: Two days in the office each week, with at least one anchor day designated for team interaction. The rest of the week is remote.
Pay
Pay Range: $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 annually. Pay is based on several factors including skills, ability, and knowledge.
