About The Role
The role oversees day-to-day operations, compliance frameworks, and administrative workflows within the healthcare division. This individual will bridge the gap between clinical requirements and technology platforms, ensuring that all patient-facing and provider-facing systems align with federal and state regulations. This position is critical for scaling US healthcare delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and audit healthcare compliance workflows, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, SOC2, and state-specific medical board regulations
- Oversee the enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes for a growing network of clinical providers across multiple states
- Optimize EHR (Electronic Health Record) system configurations and integrate administrative workflows with internal engineering tools
- Monitor and report on healthcare operational KPIs, including provider utilization rates, credentialing turnaround times, and billing claim success rates
- Partner with legal and product teams to translate state-by-state telehealth regulations into concrete operational processes
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical support staff and administrative personnel
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, or healthcare program management
- Deep familiarity with US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, state licensing boards, and telehealth compliance guidelines
- Hands-on experience managing EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, Epic, or Elation) and digital credentialing software
- Strong data literacy with the ability to query metrics using SQL, build dashboards in Tableau or Looker, and manage complex spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA), Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), or experience working in a high-growth digital health startup
