About the Role

This Healthcare Administration Intern role offers exposure to all community operations and leadership interaction, providing a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments including resident care, sales, dining, maintenance, and business office
• Assist with operational projects and organize records
• Support resident programs and engage with department leaders and senior management
• Gain knowledge in HR policies, resident care procedures, event planning, sales processes, menu creation, and maintenance systems

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field
• Possess essential skills including cooperation, enthusiasm, confidentiality, tact, courtesy, warmth, compassion, integrity, maturity, and leadership
• Committed to organizational values of improving lives and fostering a positive environment

This is a paid, on-site internship in Manassas, VA, offering 20-40 hours per week with mentorship and career development opportunities.
