Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals
• Communicate financial insights to non-finance leaders
• Shape financial strategy, processes, and controls
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations

Requirements

• Strong finance and accounting leadership background
• Experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate with non-finance leaders
• Healthcare, senior-living, facilities, or similar industry experience (not required)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic initiatives
