The Role

We are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.
  • Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.
  • Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals.
  • Track and analyze market trends, referral data, and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare sales, outreach, or referral development experience (pediatric home care, nursing, infusion, or nutrition strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, case managers, and community stakeholders.
  • Pioneering ability to develop strategies and achieve growth goals.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and a mission-driven approach to helping children and families.
