Information TechnologyFull-time
The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Summary 2. Qualifications (with sub-sections for GS-11 and GS-12) 3. Duties / Responsibilities 4. Work Schedule / Schedule 5. Telework 6. Position Description/PD# 7. Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, CSI, PCS (these are minor metadata, should be folded into a short

or dropped) Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me parse the content: Summary: "This position reports to the Ambulatory Care Operations Director (ACOD) / Group Practice Manager (GPM). The primary purpose of the position is to provide assistance and support to the ACOD/GPM and to all ambulatory care services in the facility and related Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) as it relates to access to care as applicable." Qualifications: Long section with time-in-grade, IOR, grade determination for GS-11 and GS-12. This is substantive. Duties: List of duties, plus promotion potential note. Work Schedule: "Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M- 4:30 P.M" (note: the original says "4\"30 P.M" which is likely 4:30 PM) Compressed/Flexible: Available Telework: "This position may be authorized for telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process" Virtual: "This is not a virtual position" Position Description/PD#: "Health System Specialist- Associate Group Practice Manager/PD99865S and PDS0022-A" Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized These last three are minor metadata, all "Not Authorized". Could fold into a short

or drop. Since they are all negative, maybe include a brief note. Now, structure: I'll create sections: - About the role (summary) - Qualifications (with sub-sections for GS-11 and GS-12? But rule says use

for section headings. Could have Qualifications as h3, then maybe use

    ? But rule only mentions

for section headings. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So only

for top-level sections. For sub-sections, maybe just use

    or

? But the qualifications have distinct parts: Time-In-Grade, IOR, GS-11, GS-12. Could present as lists under Qualifications. Better to have:

      Qualifications

Then prose and lists. Similarly, Duties: list of duties. Schedule: Work schedule, compressed/flexible, telework, virtual. Position Description: minor metadata, maybe fold into a

at end. Incentives: all not authorized, maybe a

. Let's craft. First, About the role:

      About the role

This position reports to the Ambulatory Care Operations Director (ACOD) / Group Practice Manager (GPM). The primary purpose of the position is to provide assistance and support to the ACOD/GPM and to all ambulatory care services in the facility and related Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) as it relates to access to care as applicable.

      Qualifications:

      Qualifications

Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement: 10/29/2026.

      Time-In-Grade Requirement

      but rule says only

for section headings. Should I use

      ? The rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid other heading levels, but says use

for section headings. Probably they want only

for main sections. Sub-sections could be

but not specified. To be safe, I'll use

only for main sections, and for sub-sections use or just prose. But the content is long. I'll structure with

      and

        . I'll write:

        Qualifications

Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The grade may have been in any occupation but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment. For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09. For a GS-12 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11.

Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR): To qualify for the GS-0671 occupational series, applicants MUST possess one of the following:

        • Undergraduate and/or Graduate Education: Major study — hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration.
        • Progressively responsible analytical or administrative, or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care field. This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities. Work must have involved a close working relationship with facility managers and analysis and/or coordination of administrative, clinical, or other service activities, and provided knowledge of the following: missions, organizations, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems; regulations and standards of various regulatory and credentialing groups; and government-wide, agency, and facility systems and requirements in various administrative areas such as budget, personnel, and procurement.
        • Successful completion of an agency-sponsored on-the-job training program may be substituted for qualifying experience, provided it included a formal individualized training plan. Such a training program must have been conducted in an operating health care system and included: assignments providing a knowledge of basic health system administration philosophies, practices, and procedures, and basic government administrative policies and requirements; practical assignments providing an opportunity to apply health system administration skills and principles (as the individual progresses, work assignments must be characteristic of the grade level to which he or she is assigned); and oversight by an experienced health system administrator with periodic evaluation of the individual's progress and appropriate adjustment of the training program.

Grade Determination: In addition to the Individual Occupational Requirement above, the following criteria must be met when determining the grade of candidates.

        GS-11

but again, maybe avoid h4. Use

        GS-11 Specialized Experience: ...

        I'll use

        with bold labels. Let's do:

GS-11 Specialized Experience: (In addition to meeting time and grade) you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-09 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:

Note: Experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month and year start/end dates AND hours worked per week.

To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. if related that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. Note: Transcripts must be submitted with application. Education cannot be credited without documentation.

OR Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond a master's or equivalent graduate education may be used to qualify applicants for the GS-11 level.
