Health Services Supervisor (EXTENDED)

About the role

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Health Services Supervisor. The incumbent assists in the planning, developing, and supervising of a student health program and supervises, trains, and evaluates the performance of assigned staff.

Qualifications

Education and License / Certificate

• Master’s degree in nursing and a California Public Health Nurse certificate; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a California Public Health Nurse certificate, and a master’s degree in health education, sociology, psychology, counseling, health care administration, public health, or community health

Experience

Previous experience in a public health, occupational health, or school health setting is preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $90,251.20 – $105,560.00 annually (based on 40 hours per week). New employees start at Step A ($43.39 per hour) or B ($45.12 per hour) on the salary schedule.
