About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and update listings as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate records, including application statuses and interview schedules.
  • Handle inquiries from candidates and employers regarding job openings.
  • Follow up on applications and coordinate interviews.
  • Update and maintain job descriptions and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping.

Skills

  • Proficient in ATS software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

$50,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
