Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and update listings as needed.
- Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate records, including application statuses and interview schedules.
- Handle inquiries from candidates and employers regarding job openings.
- Follow up on applications and coordinate interviews.
- Update and maintain job descriptions and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
