Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs and LPNs/LVNs
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage the health and medical needs of individuals served
- Administer medications
- Conduct physicals
- Coordinate treatments and medical appointments
- Evaluate nursing care
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness and comfort
- Organize staff training and orientation
Qualifications
- Current RN license with at least three years of supervisory experience or LPN/LVN license with two years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care
