About the role

Farm Bureau Health Services, a full-service health insurance agency, is seeking a temporary office worker for our Home Office located in Lansing. This position offers 35-40 hours per week from August 2026 to January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones with high call volume
• Scheduling appointments
• Performing basic office tasks
• Accurate keyboarding

Qualifications

• Basic office skills
• Accurate keyboarding experience
• Ability to handle high call volume

Preferred Skills

• Previous office work with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Health insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred

Schedule

Work schedule and hours may vary between Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay

Hourly wage: $20.00 based on skillset.
