Duties
- Efficiently and effectively administer all aspects of health care services 24/7.
- Manage clinical, financial, administrative, information technology, and human resources systems.
- Promote high quality patient care through fair and equitable policies and procedures.
- Operate with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards.
- Display leadership, team building, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN Nursing program.
- Holds and maintains licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
- Corrections experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills required.
- Strong computer skills required, including office software and internet.
