Health Services Associate

Position Summary

The Health Service Associate (HSA) assists the Licensed School Nurse with the observation of students, triage, reporting concerns, and performing delegated tasks in accordance with district and department policies and procedures.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  • School health experience preferred
• Valid first aid and CPR certification upon hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Varies based on qualifications and experience.
  • Non-RN: $22.17 - $31.99 per hour
  • RN: $29.95 - $35.05 per hour
• New hires typically start at the entry-level rate within the applicable wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $27.06 per hour (non-RN) or $33.99 per hour (RN).
• Wage decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
