Responsibilities
- Aid in managing, scheduling, evaluating, training, and directing the Health Services Department.
- Under the direction of the Health Services Director, review, hire, schedule, and supervise Health Services team members and assist with new hire orientation in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure residents receive the highest quality care, promoting their independence and maintaining their physical and emotional health.
- Monitor and execute all governing regulations and community policies and procedures regarding resident care, and ensure compliance with all physician orders.
- Train, document, and oversee the continuing education of Health Services team members in proper medication delivery, emergency procedures, documentation, and completing all state and federal required training.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred.
- One year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field.
- Current First Aid Certification.
- Meet health requirements, including a TB test.
Qualifications
