Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
- Aid with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Pay
$90,000 + Sign On Bonus
Schedule
Consistent Day Shift Schedule Monday-Friday (no weekends)
