Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum CNA, CMA or EMT certification or greater
- Currently enrolled in program for RN or LPN
- Must qualify as an RSA per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132
- CPR/BLS and First Aid training complete within three months
- Skilled in behavioral management techniques
- Ability to lead discussion and educational presentations
- Valid Illinois driver’s license
