About the role
The Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Medicine is seeking candidates for faculty positions in the Health Sciences Clinical series at the level of Assistant Professor or above.
Responsibilities
- Teach fellows, residents, and medical students
- Provide patient care
- Contribute to scholarly activities
- Provide public and University service
- Provide ambulatory care and inpatient consult service at UCI Health locations throughout Orange County, California
Requirements
- Must have an MD, DO or equivalent
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology
- Eligibility to obtain an active medical practice license in the State of California

Pay
Salary range: Total Negotiated Salary (TNS) calculation includes AAMC salary benchmarks for Internal Medicine-Rheumatology (MD) ranging from $306,600– 315,000. The posted UC salary scales set the base pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment.
