Position Overview

Salary range: Total Negotiated Salary (TNS) calculation depending on specialty can range from $299,000-$508,200. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. This position includes membership in the health science compensation plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

Position Description

The Division of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Medicine is recruiting for clinical faculty members at the level of Assistant Professor or above, in the Health Sciences Clinical Series. Positions can involve clinical and academic activities at either or both UCIMC and the VA Long Beach Medical Center.

Minimum Requirements

  • MD/DO or equivalent degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in adult Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
  • Eligibility to obtain an active medical practice license in the State of California
