About the Role
The Health Sales Manager will focus on key identified markets in Northern Texas with proven success and growth opportunities. This role involves collaborating with the KII Sales Band Team to align with the health end-user community and the health A&D community. The Health Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Band Team members to build strategies targeting identified markets to drive increased health revenue.
- Identify health accounts within focused markets and develop relationships at the end-user level.
- Conduct meetings with end users, including the Sales Band Team, and maintain consistent communication.
- Activate showrooms in assigned focused markets.
- Leverage other Health resources (Health Trade Marketing Manager, Health A&D Manager, Design Strategist, Federal Health Sales Manager) as needed.
- Bring health knowledge, insight, and expertise to conversations and opportunities where valuable.
- Participate in approved trade shows as the health vertical market expert.
- Utilize sampling to promote Kimball International Brands effectively.
- Sell all Kimball International products into healthcare accounts.
- Educate distribution partners on healthcare opportunities and available resources.
- Operate within sampling and travel/expense budgets.
- Partner with Market Sales Managers (MSMs) to support forecasting for health opportunities.
- Identify and service the A&D community within health opportunities.
- Maintain communication with the Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of sales experience in the Healthcare market.
- Prior experience or knowledge of Kimball products.
