Health, Safety & Security Manager

About the role

The Health, Safety & Security Manager will oversee compliance with EHS and OSH legislation, conduct facility inspections, and partner with various departments to ensure physical security and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect compliance with OSHA regulations and other health and safety legislative requirements
• Conduct routine facility inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
• Review physical access security arrangements, including badge access and perimeter cameras
• Manage contractor and vendor compliance with health and safety requirements
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Track and report inspection findings and compliance issues
• Support compliance-related follow-up arising from incidents or emergency events

Requirements

• Proven experience in Health & Safety, EHS, Security Management, or Facilities Safety roles
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, NFPA standards, and workplace safety best practices
• Experience managing physical security operations, conducting safety audits, and emergency response planning
• Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with incident tracking systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Security Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional certifications preferred
