The Health, Safety, Security Manager ensures the facility operates safely and securely, complies with company, local, state, and federal regulations, champions health & safety excellence, leads programs and initiatives, serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership, and provides technical safety expertise across the organization. This is a working leader position with direct reports, reporting to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tools, programs, and initiatives that increase safety awareness, engagement, accountability, and capability across the site.
- Lead by example and actively coach, mentor, and influence employees and contractors to strengthen the site's safety culture and commitment to safe work practices.
