What We’re Looking For

• Enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service
• Provide practical Health & Safety support to our clients over the phone and by email
• Work closely with our consultants
• Help ensure our clients get the very best from our services
• Have a Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (such as the NEBOSH General Certificate) or be willing to study towards one
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and via email
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and finding practical solutions
