Responsibilities

  • Serve as key site partner for HSE risk management, supporting all personnel by actively coaching, challenging, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Audit and monitor local compliance with relevant standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Actively support gap closure when found.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics and trends.
  • Conduct and support incident investigations and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned.
  • Enable consistent risk assessment and safe work practices across operations.
  • Consults and advises on facility refurbishment and upgrades during planning, preparation, and implementation.
  • Provide HSE guidance, tools, and training support to operational teams.
  • Drive alignment on HSE processes, standards, and reporting within the site and the broader network.
  • Contribute to HSE culture development through campaigns, communication, and engagement.
  • Support strategic initiatives on sustainability, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
  • Support the continuous reduction of incidents and occupational risks across the global service network.

Requirements

  • An associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) within an industrial or service environment is essential.
  • Internal auditor certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, or ability to obtain it within the first year of employment.
  • Familiarity with US Department of Labor (OSHA) requirements for General Industry and their implementation on site level.
  • Familiarity with US EPA waste management and profiling requirements.
  • BCSP ASP (or other equivalent professional credential) preferred.
  • OSHA 511 certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first year of employment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of incident investigation methods, root cause analysis, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

Pay

$73,500- 101,090, plus bonus
