About the Role

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help train and evaluate AI systems on healthcare data, clinical workflows, and health information systems. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about one of the most complex and impactful fields in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality
  • Review and annotate healthcare datasets, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically inaccurate information
  • Assess AI responses involving health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI models reason about clinical and operational healthcare scenarios
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), or clinical information systems
  • Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable evaluating the accuracy and quality of health informatics content at scale
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in structured written formats
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with clinical reporting platforms or health IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Background in clinical, public health, or health administration settings
