Your deep understanding of healthcare systems, EHR data, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to AI training tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical and operational content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
- Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting logic to ensure outputs are accurate and well-structured
- Provide expert feedback on AI responses related to clinical workflows, healthcare terminology, and health data concepts
- Create structured evaluations and annotations that help AI models learn from your domain expertise
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical thinker with skills in data interpretation, visualization, and trend analysis
- Comfortable translating complex health data concepts into clear, structured feedback
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload asynchronously
- Collaborative by nature — experienced working across clinical, technical, and operational teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
