Help older adults get the care and support they need. Ez Health is hiring compassionate, resourceful Health Guides to help seniors navigate the healthcare system. You don’t need healthcare experience. We provide comprehensive training and welcome people from education, customer service, coaching, social work, and other backgrounds. What you’ll doBuild relationships with seniors over the phone and understand their individual needs.Help clients understand Medicare benefits, care options, and community resources.Help seniors access meals, transportation, specialists, and services that support independent living.Coordinate with doctors, insurers, and social services to help clients get support.
