Health/Employment Law - Attorney

About the role

Resolve Legal, PLLC seeks an attorney to join its Health/Employment Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate would have experience in physician employment arrangements, provider licensure, anti-kickback laws, and self-referral laws. Additional experience with corporate and transactional matters for health care providers is preferred. The candidate should have a demonstrated interest and/or experience in practicing health law and the ability to communicate effectively with physicians. Active license in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction required (any state).
