What You’ll Do

  • Partner with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and National Accounts to deliver evidence‑based economic and clinical value strategies
  • Translate clinical and operational challenges (e.g., pressure injury prevention, HAC reduction, value‑based purchasing requirements) into data‑driven solutions
  • Develop and deliver health economic tools such as budget impact models, ROI analyses, and total value scorecards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Strategic Accounts to support system‑level value messaging and contracting discussions
  • Co‑create real‑world evidence with customers to validate outcomes and strengthen long‑term partnerships
  • Serve as a health economics subject matter expert, contributing to customer presentations, thought leadership, RFP/RFI support, and educational initiatives
  • Represent Mölnlycke at key industry conferences and strategic customer engagements

What We’re Looking For

  • We are open to diverse backgrounds, with a strong preference for candidates who bring real-world healthcare experience and have operated in complex, matrixed environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, health policy, health administration, business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer‑facing healthcare role within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, or related industry
  • Experience engaging hospital and system‑level stakeholders on outcomes, economics, reimbursement, or quality initiatives
  • Strong understanding of value‑based care frameworks, CMS regulations, and acute/post‑acute healthcare environments
  • Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate it into clear, compelling value narratives
  • Comfortable leading through influence and collaborating across multiple internal teams

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in wound care, surgical care, or patient safety initiatives
  • Background in health economics, market access, outcomes research, quality improvement, or healthcare consulting
  • Clinical background (e.g., nursing) with progression into leadership, quality, or system‑level roles
  • Familiarity with IDN decision‑making, value analysis committees, and hospital financial structures
