Health Economics Manager - Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop reimbursement materials and tools for customers and sales teams
• Identify educational needs and deliver coding and reimbursement training
• Create monthly reports on provider activities and industry trends
• Implement strategies to eliminate barriers to therapy adoption
• Serve as a field expert on reimbursement, coding, and coverage issues
• Educate key stakeholders on prior authorization and claim submission processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and advocacy efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in medical device reimbursement or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• Expertise in medical coding, coverage, and payment processes
• Strong background in health economics and reimbursement strategies
• Familiarity with HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10 coding systems
