Health eCommerce Associate Director

As the Health eCommerce Associate Director, you will lead the development and execution of digital commerce strategies that drive short- and long-term growth for Best Buy Health. In this role, you'll oversee key aspects of the e-commerce business, including digital strategy, customer experience, online merchandising, marketplace growth, and performance optimization. You'll partner across product, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences while identifying new opportunities to meet evolving customer needs. This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic and data-driven leader who is passionate about driving online growth and innovation. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
