Human ResourcesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Cdphe" as a section heading. Also "Description Of Job" maybe "About the role"? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings where appropriate. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's no explicit EEO but there is "Appeal Rights" which is legal; we should remove that. Also "Supplemental Information" about application packet; remove. Also "Residency Requirement" maybe part of Requirements? Actually residency requirement is a condition; we can include under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements (or Conditions of Employment). We'll include a short paragraph for residency requirement. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include: - About Cdphe (mission, vision, etc.) -> heading About the role? Actually "About Cdphe" is about the organization; could be "About the role"? But we have "About the role" as example heading; we could use "About the role" for description of job? However we have separate "Description Of Job". Might be better to use "About the role" for the job description summary, and "Responsibilities" for key responsibilities, "Requirements" for minimum qualifications, "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications, "Skills" maybe not needed, "Benefits" for CDPHE offers, "Pay" not present, "Schedule" not present (but we have hybrid work options maybe schedule? Not explicit). We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. Pay not mentioned, so omit Pay. Schedule not explicit; we have hybrid work options may be available; but not a schedule. Could include under "Schedule"? Not really. Better to omit Schedule. We need to include "Benefits" section with the list. We need to include "Responsibilities" with bullet list from "Key Responsibilities". Also maybe "What You Will Do" could be part of responsibilities. We need to include "Requirements" with residency requirement and maybe critical status? Actually critical status is condition of employment; could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll include under Requirements. We need to include "Qualifications" with minimum qualifications (two ways) and preferred qualifications. We need to include "Skills" maybe not needed; we could omit. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include application instructions, appeal rights, supplemental info. We must preserve all substantive information: that includes the description of work unit, purpose, what you will do, key responsibilities, residency requirement, class code, minimum qualifications (both ways), preferred qualifications, conditions of employment (critical status, travel, physical demands, vaccination, etc.), benefits. We need to decide where to place each piece. Let's outline:

We should also include "About Cdphe" maybe as part of About the role? Could add a paragraph about CDPHE mission etc. Let's incorporate that into About the role section. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: one about CDPHE mission/vision, and one about the purpose of the position. Let's craft:

The purpose of this position is to assess the care, treatment and quality of life provided by various health facilities through observations, interviews, and record review. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Important Information Hybrid work options may be available..." We omitted that; but maybe we should include hybrid work options as part of Benefits? Actually it's under "Important Information". Could be considered a benefit: hybrid work options may be available at supervisor’s discretion. Could add to Benefits list. But the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Hybrid work options is specific content. So we should add a bullet under Benefits: "Hybrid work options may be available at the supervisor’s discretion and based on business needs." Also the position will be based at address; that's location info; could be included in About the role or maybe as a note. But we can include location in About the role? Might be better to add a short paragraph under About the role: "The position will be based at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, CO 80246." Or we could add a separate section "Location"? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role. We also have "CDPHE Offers CDPHE offers a comprehensive benefits package..." we already captured benefits. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Description Of Job" includes work unit description. We could incorporate that into About the role as well. Let's add a paragraph about the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD
