Health Clinic Assistant

About the role

Integrative Health Center of Charlottesville is a weight loss & body contouring facility that has been in business over 12 years. We are looking for a self-driven and energetic Assistant with strong organizational skills and a self-starter. A person who is responsible for overseeing the operation of three red light therapy rooms and one Evolve body contouring room schedules, treatments and financial performance of these treatment. No prior experience is necessary. All training will be provided from the office manager and owner. The ideal candidate would be personable, professional, and not looking for a desk job. They'd enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Retail/sales and customer service experience would be a plus
• A passion for people and sales - (unlimited cap on potential earnings!)
• High level of enthusiasm
• Support office manager in overseeing and managing other daily operations like answering phones, scheduling clients, taking payments from clients
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both red lights and evolve treatments - again all will be included in our training
• Ability to work flexible schedule sometimes need to stay a little later & Saturdays from 10am - 1pm are a must
• Effective communicator
• Some outside event marketing & social media marketing 1-2 times a quarter - usually on weekends
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, office etc

No prior experience is necessary; all training will be provided by the office manager and owner.

Pay

Hourly wage + generous bonus opportunities (unlimited cap on potential earnings)

Schedule

Flexible schedule; Saturdays from 10am‑1pm are required, with occasional later hours as needed.
