The Health Center Lead, RN is a patient-facing clinician responsible for delivering high-quality care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness center. Approximately 90% of this role is dedicated to direct patient care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role provides on-site coordination and operational support to promote efficient workflows, team effectiveness, and a positive patient experience. The Health Center Lead partners closely with operations leadership and serves as a resource for staff, helping address routine operational needs and escalate issues as appropriate.
