About the role
Join our team as a Health Care Sales Associate and play a key role in supporting our Continuing Care community!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the Continuing Care Sales Office, handling customer inquiries and supporting the movement of the customer through the sales process to admission.
- Oversees all resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care, functioning as a liaison between community departments and residents.
- Interfaces with residents, family members, department managers, nursing staff, resident services, outside callers, social workers, accounting, medical staff, sales, and external networking professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Health Care Sales or Senior Living Sales experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience required; health care or senior living sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
