Responsibilities
- Monitoring medication management
- Performing resident assessments
- Providing leadership and guidance on health issues
- Providing onsite medical care
- Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members
- Championing high quality and infection control
- Verifying physician orders
- Communicating move-in/move-out information
- Supervising the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders under their authority

Requirements
- Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state
- Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching, and health care services
- Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in supervising direct care staff
